WHERE DO WE COME FROM, WHERE ARE WE GOING?
The permanent exhibition invites visitors on a journey through space and time. Spanning two centuries, it travels to the Baltic Sea and to cities such as Breslau, Königsberg, and Prague. The artworks tell stories of art and history.

ART INSTALLATION IN THE FOYER
Susanne Hanus’s “Verstrickungen” are temporary acts of making the invisible visible. The threads represent connections, relationships, and interdependencies. They symbolize our interconnected world, both today and in the past. Since 2000, the artist has created her thread installations at a variety of locations. On this evening, light and music bring the artwork to life in a particularly immersive way.

An art installation made of threads and light divides the room into a net of blue, pink, and black threads.
