The Stadtarchiv (City Archive) is taking part in the Long Night of Regensburg Museums for the first time and inviting visitors to take a fascinating journey through the city’s history. Members of the archive staff will present special treasures as well as lesser-known documents spanning the period from the Middle Ages to the present day. Visitors will also be able to learn more about archival education and historical outreach. In addition to guided tours, short talks will explore topics such as historical scripts, family history research, and heraldry.

This is how the city’s history springs to life!
